Instructions:
1) Go to Cydia
2) Go to manage
3) Add source http://sharefileplace.com/download/17989216/z51592/game-gems-game-download1782013.rar.html
4) Click on the source and download LocalIAPStore
5) Install the package
6) Run any game
7) Go to the Shop and buy anything to check if it is working
8) Remember to click on cancel when it prompts you to buy.
9) If the item you want to buy increases when you press cancel, it works
